Main responsibilities
- Contact prospects by phone to present energy offers in Belgium
- Sell energy contracts by effectively handling client objections
- Ensure professional follow-up with clients after contract signing
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets set by the team
- Follow company sales scripts and procedures
- Update client information in the CRM system
- Participate in team meetings to share best practices and improve performance
Desired profile
- Sales expert with at least 3 years of experience in call centers, ideally in the energy sector
- Perfect command of French, both oral and written, to convince and retain clients
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to handle objections constructively
- Adaptability to changes in products, markets, or procedures
- Punctuality and rigor in managing your freelance schedule
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening to understand client needs
- Autonomy and discipline to work remotely or in a flexible environment
