Jawb.ma connects candidates seeking employment with recruiters offering jobs in Morocco. These Terms of Use define the conditions for accessing and using the services offered by jawb.ma, published by MASHAAH LLC.

Access to the service
Access to Jawb.ma is free for candidates. Recruiters can publish job listings for free, with paid visibility options (Boost, Boost Premium, Urgent).
- The website is available 24/7, subject to maintenance or force majeure
- Registration requires a valid email address
- Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential
- Jawb.ma reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that breaches these Terms
Candidate obligations
By using Jawb.ma as a candidate, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information in your profile and applications
- Not impersonate another person
- Not use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- Respect the confidentiality of recruiters' information
- Not send mass, untargeted applications (spam)
Recruiter obligations
By using Jawb.ma as a recruiter, you agree to:
- Publish only genuine and lawful job listings
- Provide accurate information about the company and the position
- Not publish discriminatory listings (origin, sex, age, religion, disability, etc.)
- Comply with Moroccan labour law
- Not collect candidate data for purposes other than recruitment
- Respond to applications within a reasonable time
- Not publish listings requiring payment from candidates
Content and intellectual property
- All website content (text, logos, design and code) is the property of MASHAAH LLC
- Any reproduction, distribution or use without permission is prohibited
- Users retain ownership of their content (CVs, job descriptions) but grant Jawb.ma a licence to display it on the platform
- Jawb.ma reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these Terms
Paid services
Jawb.ma offers paid visibility services for recruiters:
- Boost package: Promote the listing in search results
- Boost Premium package: Priority display and a distinctive badge
- Urgent package: Urgency indicator and maximum visibility
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are stated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), including tax. Visibility packages are non-refundable once activated.
Liability
- Jawb.ma acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee employment or successful recruitment
- Jawb.ma is not responsible for the content of listings published by recruiters
- Jawb.ma is not a party to any employment contract between a candidate and a recruiter
- Jawb.ma cannot be held liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance or technical failures
- Users are solely responsible for how they use information obtained through the platform
Moderation and reporting
Jawb.ma moderates listings and content published on the platform. You can report inappropriate content to contact@mashaah.com.
- Jawb.ma reserves the right to remove non-compliant listings without notice
- Accounts responsible for fraudulent or abusive content will be suspended
- Reports are processed within 48 business hours
Data protection
The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Jawb.ma, you accept the terms of this policy.
Changes to the Terms
Jawb.ma reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of material changes through a website notification or email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute concerning the use of Jawb.ma, the parties agree to seek an amicable settlement. Failing that, the competent courts of Casablanca shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
