Main responsibilities
- Develop tailored commercial proposals for hotels and restaurants, adapted to their digital needs
- Conduct field and telephone prospecting with decision-makers in the hotel and tourism sector
- Manage and retain an existing B2B client portfolio, ensuring personalized follow-up and regular visits
- Implement innovative promotional actions to boost sales and enhance QRcodemenu's visibility
- Grow B2B and B2C revenue by identifying new business opportunities in the Kénitra market
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with prospects, meeting profitability targets
- Analyze client feedback and propose continuous improvements to optimize offerings and satisfaction
- Participate in tourism trade shows and professional events to represent QRcodemenu and generate leads
Desired profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in Morocco's tourism, hospitality, or restaurant sector
- Excellent command of French and Arabic to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele
- Sharp business acumen and natural persuasion skills to close complex sales
- Impeccable autonomy and organization to manage your freelance schedule and priorities
- Creativity and dynamism to propose innovative solutions and adapt to changing client needs
- Recognized punctuality and honesty, with strong interpersonal skills to build lasting trust
- Active listening skills to understand prospect expectations and tailor your sales pitch
- Stress management and resilience in the face of ambitious goals and frequent rejection during prospecting
