Main responsibilities

Enter and update data in internal systems with high accuracy
Verify, check, and correct entered information to ensure its reliability
Process administrative files in back-office within set deadlines
Ensure data quality and consistency through regular checks
Collaborate with operational teams to streamline data entry processes
Participate in the continuous improvement of data processing methods
Monitor applications to detect and report anomalies

Desired profile

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar data entry or back-office role
Perfect command of written and spoken French, with excellent spelling
Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word) and data entry software
Rigor and organizational skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Autonomy and dynamism to work responsibly on assigned tasks
Team spirit and good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
