Network and IT Support Technician Intern — Casablanca

Main responsibilities
- Assist the technical team in installing and configuring network equipment (routers, switches, FortiGate firewalls).
- Provide first-level IT support to users, diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
- Participate in the maintenance and evolution of the local network (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing).
- Contribute to Windows Server and Active Directory administration (user, group, and permission management).
- Perform network diagnostics and propose optimization solutions to ensure availability and security.
- Write technical procedures and document interventions performed.
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity projects in a learning phase.
Desired profile
- Graduate of OFPPT or equivalent in Computer Networks (minimum Bac+2).
- Mastery of network fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN.
- Practical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and FortiGate firewalls.
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing and cybersecurity.
- Serious, motivated, and with excellent teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Good communication in French and English (read, written, spoken).
