Junior Graphic Designer Fixed-Term Contract — Casablanca (Educational Publishing)

Main responsibilities
- Design the layout and page makeup of educational publications (books, workbooks, guides) under editorial direction
- Create print and digital communication materials (posters, flyers, banners, social media posts) to promote collections
- Develop and adapt the visual identity of the brand and its various product lines
- Ensure graphic editorial planning: meet deadlines, coordinate with authors and proofreaders
- Produce illustrations, infographics, and diagrams tailored to the target audience (children, students, professionals)
- Optimize files for print and digital (prepress, web formats)
- Participate in creative monitoring and propose aesthetic and functional improvements to existing publications
Desired profile
- Holder of at least a Bac+2 in graphic design, applied arts, visual communication, or equivalent
- Perfect command of the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) — knowledge of After Effects is a plus
- Creativity and a keen aesthetic sense, with the ability to adapt style to editorial and educational constraints
- Versatility and adaptability: able to switch from an editorial project to a marketing support with responsiveness
- Dynamism and rigor: manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent written command of French and Arabic (spelling, typography) to design bilingual materials
- Initial experience (internship, apprenticeship, or personal project) in publishing or communication is appreciated
