Patient Reception and Follow-up Agent - Entry Level — Marrakech
We are seeking a dynamic and punctual Patient Reception and Follow-up Agent to join our team in Marrakech. Under a permanent contract (CDI), you will be the first point of contact for patients and contribute to their compassionate care within a committed medical facility. This position is ideal for a motivated entry-level candidate looking to grow in the healthcare sector, with immediate availability. You will join a multidisciplinary team where teamwork and resilience under pressure are essential to delivering quality service.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet and guide patients upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism
- Handle administrative patient intake (registration, updating records)
- Monitor patient journeys in coordination with medical and paramedical staff
- Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to streamline care
- Manage phone calls and appointment scheduling in accordance with protocols
- Assist in managing patient flow to reduce waiting times
- Ensure the cleanliness and order of the reception area and common spaces
Desired Profile
- Entry-level candidates welcome — prior experience in reception or healthcare is a plus
- Minimum education: Baccalaureate (any field) or training in medical secretarial work
- Proficiency in Darija, French, and Arabic to communicate with all patients
- Punctuality and rigor in daily work organization
- Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate with healthcare and administrative staff
- Resilience under pressure and ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Strong listening skills and empathy to reassure patients and their families
