Main responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging digital content (articles, visuals, videos) for our social media and website
- Ensure internal communication by writing newsletters and managing the company's information channels
- Analyze performance data of digital campaigns and propose concrete improvement areas
- Participate in developing the content strategy in collaboration with the marketing team
- Conduct competitive and industry monitoring to identify tech market trends
- Contribute to organizing internal and external events to strengthen the employer brand
- Assist the manager in managing tracking and reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM)
Desired profile
- Student in Bac+3/5 in digital marketing, communication, or IT with initial internship/apprenticeship experience
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media management platforms
- Data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Organized and rigorous: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Creative and dynamic: proactive in innovating content and formats
- Adaptable and discreet: comfortable in an agile environment and capable of handling confidential information
- Honest and ethical, with good teamwork and fluent communication in French, Arabic, and English
