Main responsibilities
- Manage the entire customer relationship, ensuring personalized and responsive follow-up
- Conduct targeted sales prospecting actions with local and international companies
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of client files, from initial contact to contract signing
- Identify prospect needs and propose suitable tech solutions for their business
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales while meeting set objectives
- Contribute to updating the CRM and analyzing sales performance indicators
- Assist in developing commercial proposals and customized quotes
Desired profile
- You have an initial 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar sales or business role
- Hold at least a Bac+2 degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Possess strong business acumen and natural persuasion skills to convince
- Your honesty and integrity are recognized in your professional relationships
- Perfect command of Arabic, French, and English (written and oral) to interact with a diverse clientele
- Comfortable with office tools and CRMs, with an affinity for the tech sector

Conditions

- Monthly gross salary between 6,000 and 10,000 MAD depending on experience
