We are hiring a versatile security agent to immediately replace a colleague at a professional site in Casablanca. As a freelance assignment, you will be the first point of contact for visitors while ensuring access and premises surveillance. Main duties
- Greet and direct visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure access control and verification of badges or IDs
- Monitor premises and perimeters to prevent any incidents
- Conduct regular security patrols according to the defined schedule
- Ensure cleanliness and cleaning of common areas
- Report any anomalies or suspicious behavior to management
- Write daily activity and security reports
Desired profile
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (security, reception, or surveillance)
- Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills for welcoming the public
- Dynamism and responsiveness in unexpected situations
- Autonomy to manage tasks without constant supervision
- Versatility to switch between reception, surveillance, and maintenance
- Proficiency in Darija to communicate easily with visitors and the team
