Main responsibilities
- Drive and maneuver light and heavy vehicles (B and C licenses) safely across Morocco
- Plan and optimize delivery routes based on supply chain priorities
- Ensure daily fleet management: maintenance tracking, level checks, and anomaly reporting
- Coordinate with the logistics department to adjust driver schedules in real time
- Meet delivery deadlines and follow loading/unloading procedures for goods
- Ensure proper maintenance of on-board documents (delivery notes, trip reports, tracking sheets)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of transport and distribution processes
Required profile
- Minimum 18 years of confirmed experience as a driver with B and C licenses, ideally in goods transport in Morocco
- Hold valid B and C licenses, with a driver card and a clean criminal record
- Autonomy in route management and ability to make quick decisions in the field
- Proactivity to anticipate unforeseen events (traffic jams, delays, breakdowns) and propose solutions
- Exemplary reliability: punctuality, compliance with safety instructions, and vehicle care
- Proficiency in Arabic and French (read, spoken, written) to communicate with teams and clients
- Knowledge of routes and industrial zones in Tangier and the Northern region
