Sales Representative

Main responsibilities
- Prospect new clients in the field and by phone to develop the commercial portfolio
- Negotiate and close contracts while meeting profitability and volume targets
- Manage and retain the existing client portfolio through personalized follow-up
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Develop tailored commercial proposals adapted to each prospect's needs
- Ensure regular reporting and tracking of sales KPIs to drive performance
- Build and develop a network of strategic partners to expand the catchment area
- Handle client complaints professionally to ensure lasting satisfaction
- Conduct competitive intelligence to identify market trends and opportunities
- Actively participate in trade shows, fairs, and business events to enhance the company's visibility
Desired profile
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent (ENCG, ISCAE, or other top school)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in field and phone sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to convince and retain clients
- Strong sense of challenge, autonomy, and initiative to manage your portfolio independently
- Strong client and results orientation, with rigor in tracking performance indicators
- Perfect command of French
