Bank Recovery Officer M/F — Permanent Contract Casablanca
We are strengthening our Operations team and are looking for a Bank Recovery Officer to independently manage a portfolio of debts (personal loans, professional loans, overdrafts). Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of the relationship with our debtors, with the aim of finding amicable regularization solutions and preserving the quality of our portfolio. You will work in a structured environment where rigor and empathy are key. This permanent position in Casablanca is ideal for a professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in recovery or banking litigation, looking to grow in a dynamic and human-centered setting. Main responsibilities
- Analyze credit files and assess debtors' financial situations to propose suitable solutions.
- Contact debtors by phone and mail to negotiate rescheduling plans or amicable agreements.
- Rigorously follow up on payment commitments made by debtors and follow up if necessary.
- Collaborate closely with legal advisors and lawyers for the transfer of cases to the judicial phase.
- Update daily reporting tools and the company's recovery software.
- Carry out invoicing and monitor recoveries to ensure traceability of collections.
- Participate in monthly and annual closings by providing required recovery data.
Desired profile
- Bac+2/3 in Law, Economics, Management, or Business, with a successful first experience of 1 to 2 years in debt recovery.
- Excellent spoken Arabic (Darija) and French, both oral and written.
- Mastery of financial negotiation techniques and solid knowledge of contract law and enforcement procedures.
- Administrative rigor and strong listening and empathy skills to handle sensitive situations.
- Stress resistance and a results-oriented culture focused on achieving objectives.
- Autonomy, organization, and adaptability to independently manage a varied portfolio.
