Main missions
- Rigorously check identities and manage access for visitors and staff.
- Apply and enforce general and site-specific security instructions.
- Welcome, guide, and inform visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
- Regularly inspect installations and verify the compliance of security equipment.
- Manage conflict situations calmly and implement de-escalation techniques.
- Coordinate interventions with law enforcement in case of major incidents.
- Conduct systematic security patrols and check the integrity of monitored perimeters.
- Write clear and precise intervention reports for event traceability.
Desired profile
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar security or surveillance position.
- Diploma in security, defense, or equivalent field highly appreciated.
- Fluent in Arabic and French, with strong writing skills for reports.
- Autonomy and organizational skills to manage priorities and unexpected situations.
- Exemplary punctuality and rigor in applying security procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit to collaborate with various departments.
- Taste for challenge and ability to remain vigilant during long surveillance periods.
