Dokia, an innovative player in the Healthcare & Medical sector in Morocco, is seeking a B2B freelance Sales Representative to drive its commercial growth in Casablanca. You will join a team passionate about improving healthcare services, where every interaction matters. In this key role, you will be the engine of our B2B growth, combining aggressive prospecting with fine-tuned client relationship management. Main Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect new B2B clients (clinics, laboratories, pharmacies) in the Casablanca region
  • Develop and retain a client portfolio by ensuring personalized and regular commercial follow-up
  • Manage sales administration: drafting quotes, order tracking, and coordination with internal teams
  • Ensure invoicing and collection of client receivables within set deadlines
  • Lead cross-functional commercial projects (product launches, market analysis, reporting) autonomously
  • Negotiate and close contracts with decision-makers in the medical sector using your persuasive skills
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and client relationship processes within the company

Desired Profile

  • At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B business development, ideally in the healthcare/medical sector
  • Excellent command of French, Arabic, and Darija to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Strong listening skills and interpersonal sense to understand client needs and adapt your pitch
  • Autonomy and rigorous organization to manage your schedule, priorities, and field contingencies
  • Creativity and adaptability to propose innovative commercial solutions in a competitive market
  • Honesty and integrity in handling confidential information and business relationships
  • Persuasive skills and sharp commercial acumen to convince and retain a demanding clientele
