An arrival is written in a notebook, a schedule change arrives by message, and someone has to reconcile everything before payroll. That can work for a very small team. As the business grows, however, it becomes harder to know which information is current.
This commercial introduction to Tymyt is for recruiters and team managers who want to bring these records together. The aim is to make working hours easier to follow without making everyday administration more complicated.
Start with a clear clock-in process
Tymyt Time records arrivals, departures and breaks through a computer, mobile device or dedicated kiosk. Choose an arrangement that fits the workplace: a reception computer, a tablet in the premises or individual access.
Explain when employees should clock in and how to report a missed entry. Software cannot replace clear instructions. A short demonstration helps everyone understand the process and know whom to contact when something goes wrong.
Connect attendance with schedules and leave
Time records are more useful alongside the planned schedule. Tymyt also brings together shift planning, leave requests, absences and team information.
In a small Casablanca office, for example, a manager can prepare the week, review a leave request and publish the schedule for employees to consult. Centralising these steps reduces the need to search through separate conversations. Managers still need to review and confirm the information.
Tablets and badges: match equipment to the workplace
The Tymyt equipment catalogue includes tablets, NFC readers, cards and key fobs. Hardware is separate from the software subscription. A tablet can provide a personal-code kiosk; NFC use depends on the device, browser and chosen configuration.

Product images are illustrative. Before ordering, ask the team to confirm the model, compatibility, setup and quotation. The ACR122U reader, for example, requires validation of its PC/SC configuration; it does not simply type a code like a USB keyboard.
Prepare payroll records, then review them
Reports and exports help gather recorded work for a period and identify incomplete clock-ins. They give managers a more structured starting point for payroll preparation.
Tymyt supports payroll data preparation. Your accounting team or payroll provider remains responsible for checking the records and calculating payroll. Absences, corrections and unusual schedules still need attention.
Understand the advertised pricing
As of 29 September 2026, Tymyt advertises a free plan for up to five employees without a bank card. Standard is listed at MAD 9 including tax per employee per month. From six employees, every active employee is counted: a six-person team therefore comes to MAD 54 per month, excluding hardware.
Check the current pricing and plan details before committing. Premium API is described as being in preparation and should not be mistaken for an integration already available.
Try the workflow with a small team
Set a short trial period and test an arrival, break, departure, leave request and export. Collect questions and improve the instructions before rolling it out more widely.
