Network Technician — Boostlab Casablanca - Boostlab at Casablanca

Boostlab is expanding its IT field services team in Casablanca. We are seeking a Network Technician to help businesses install, maintain and troubleshoot their infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Install and check Ethernet cabling, outlets, racks and network equipment.

- Configure and maintain switches, routers and Wi-Fi access points within the agreed scope.

- Diagnose physical link, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS and service connectivity issues.

- Support network segmentation and apply approved security procedures.

- Document installations, configurations and interventions, and explain the work to clients.

- Prepare configuration backups, change plans and rollback procedures.

YOUR PROFILE

- Technical training or hands-on experience in computer networks.

- Sound TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, DHCP and DNS fundamentals, with an understanding of VLANs.

- A methodical approach to troubleshooting, tidy cabling and respect for confidentiality.

- Clear communication, independence within the assigned scope and teamwork.

- Availability for client visits around Casablanca, to be agreed together.

CONDITIONS

Based in Casablanca; the exact location and travel arrangements will be discussed. Contract type, compensation, working hours and start date will be agreed during the recruitment process.
