Main responsibilities
- Actively prospect in the field and by phone to identify and list real estate properties for sale
- Develop tailored commercial proposals for owners and investors
- Negotiate and finalize sales mandate contracts with clients
- Manage and retain a client portfolio by ensuring regular and personalized follow-up
- Administer sales and handle invoicing for completed services
- Implement targeted promotional actions to boost property search
- Collaborate with the team to optimize prospecting and closing strategies
Desired profile
- Beginners accepted – initial experience in prospecting or sales is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
