Transport, Logistics & Supply Chain 3-5 years — Rabat

Main duties
- Under the responsibility of the Company Director, you will participate in the following duties: • Invoice issuance and control: Prepare, verify and issue customer invoices in compliance with purchase orders, contracts and applicable tax legislation (VAT, mandatory mentions). • Monitoring of collections and debt recovery: Monitor payments, identify late payments and follow up with customers (amicably and then through legal channels). • Dispute management: Handle customer complaints regarding billing errors, credit notes or disputed amounts. • Archiving and documentation: File and keep accounting and administrative supporting documents.
