Main duties
- Social media management; Email and booking follow-up; Relations with an international clientele; Coordination of tourism services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- Customer satisfaction follow-up
- Monitoring of online reviews and e-reputation
- Reception and front office management
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
- Represent the company with professionalism
