Real Estate Field Sales Representative — Marrakech Permanent Contract
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative (m/f) for the city of Marrakech, specialized in sales and customer advice, to strengthen our activity in a rapidly expanding real estate market. You will join a human-sized sales structure where autonomy, customer proximity and performance are at the heart of the corporate culture. Your main mission will be to develop a solid customer portfolio, from prospecting to loyalty, by offering personalized and quality support. You will evolve in a stimulating environment, with clear objectives and concrete opportunities for progression. This permanent contract position is aimed at a profile with 1 to 2 years of sales experience, ready to commit immediately. Main duties
- Actively develop commercial prospecting in the field and by phone to identify new potential customers
- Ensure in-store sales and personalized advice to guide each customer toward the best solution
- Manage and retain an existing customer portfolio by ensuring regular and close follow-up
- Qualify prospects' needs and prepare commercial proposals tailored to each profile
- Negotiate sales conditions and close transactions in compliance with set objectives
- Provide daily reporting of commercial activity to management
- Participate in developing the activity's visibility in the Marrakech real estate market
Profile sought
- You have 1 to 2 years of successful experience in a sales role, ideally in real estate or direct sales
- You hold a degree in commerce, management, marketing or equivalent (Bac+2 appreciated)
- You master telephone and field prospecting techniques as well as commercial negotiation
- You are recognized for your dynamism, autonomy and ability to achieve your objectives
- You demonstrate organization, stress management and an excellent sense of customer relations
- You have a real capacity for listening and ease in French, Arabic and English
- You are immediately available and ready to commit to a permanent contract in Marrakech
