Main Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for real estate properties for sale through targeted field and phone actions
- Negotiate and sign agency contracts with selling property owners
- Develop personalized commercial proposals for each property
- Estimate and value real estate properties based on the local market
- Draft agency agreements and preliminary sales agreements in compliance with regulations
- Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers
- Manage and retain a client portfolio while ensuring rigorous follow-up
Desired Profile
- Beginner accepted — initial experience in sales or real estate is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasion ability to convince and retain clients
- Autonomy and organization to manage your schedule and priorities as a freelancer
- Versatility and adaptability to different property types and clients
- Proficiency in French and English to communicate with a diverse clientele
