MKT-SR Senior Marketing Manager (Instagram, Email & SMS, Shopify, DTC Ads) - Full-Time Remote

Verdica is hiring a full-time Senior Marketing Manager, 100% remote (about 40 hours a week, 3-4 hours overlap with Eastern Time, Canada, every weekday). Pay: US$900-1,400/month (about 10,000-15,000 DH), set by experience and location, with a paid 2-4 week trial at US$225/week. This is a long-term role, not freelance or project work. Verdica is a growing health and supplement brand in Canada moving from Amazon to its own online store; you work directly with the founder. You will own the Instagram plan, Klaviyo flows and campaigns, SMS, Shopify conversion tests, help run Meta/TikTok ads, use AI daily, and guide our Marketing Manager. Requirements: 3+ years of consumer-brand (DTC/e-commerce) online marketing, Klaviyo flows with revenue results, Instagram growth you can show, Shopify admin, heavy AI tool use, strong written English, comfortable with numbers, reliable computer, internet and power backup.
